The following collection is largely hand-drawn and coloured on a variety of textured papers, sometimes digitally-coloured. I use reference from my own zoo photographs taken over the years (including working from little 6″ x 4″ photos…). I’ve been fortunate to display a number of these pieces at art group exhibitions at Nature In Art Museum and Art Gallery in Gloucestershire. This technique allows me to emphasise the drawn line more as a change from my brush mark-focused paintings.
